I'm a full time photographer and part-time adventure guide — no really, I moonlight as a trip leader for National Geographic — because I firmly believe that life itself is a pretty incredible adventure.
And really, there are few things more naturally adventurous than choosing to share your life with someone you love.
If you think about it, weddings are one of the most beautifully human experiences we can imagine — all the emotions, all the pretty things, all the tasty food, all the love just bursting at the seams. They’re real and honest, and I want to capture it all for you: quiet times and overwhelmingly magical times, nervous tears and happy tears, deep-breath faces and party-time faces, I-can-do-this moments and I-could-do-this-all-damn-day moments.
(Not to mention all the in-between things you might not get to see because you’re too busy getting married, but that’s what I’m for!)
At the end of the day, real love stories are way better than fake fairytales could ever be — and I can’t wait to tell yours.
I'M CAMERON.
I can thank my parents for my insatiable wanderlust.
Favorite places (so far): Tanzania, New Zealand, Bali, Australia.
On the bucket list: Antarctica, Italy, Croatia.
We've been together for eight years, and I plan on keeping him. We met on a sailing ship called Adventuress in Puget Sound where we taught kids about marine biology.
The conservatory is my favorite spot on a rainy Seattle day.
I point out each one I see.
I've raised future guide dogs for the blind, worked at an animal shelter, and fostered countless pups.
I love them all.
As a native Oregonian, I'll never get enough of being in nature and adventuring in my own backyard.
I meant it when I said I'm an adventure guide. The places we've been often inform the places we'll go. Explore my life in pictures below, purchase a print here, or see all of my travel photography here.
